By submitting an application to the website by-wifi.com, the User undertakes to accept
this Agreement to personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as Agreement). Acting freely, by his own will and in his
interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the User gives his consent to process his personal data to the owner of
the website by-wifi.com - «A-City» Limited Liability Company, located at 625019, Tyumen
region, Tyumen, ul. Respubliki 243/1, with the following conditions:
1. The present Agreement is given for the purpose of personal data processing, including doing so both with the usage of automation tools, and without them.
2. The User consents for «A-City» LLC to transfer the User's personal information to third parties who provide services of mailing of advertising and / or marketing materials, organizing and conducting events, conferences, exhibitions, telemarketing, marketing-related telephone calls.
3. The User consents to receiving advertising, mailing, from «A-City» LLC, its contractors and affiliates, including through the mobile radiotelephonic communication network.
4. Consent is given for the processing of the following of my personal data:
Personal data that is not special or biometric:
email addresses
contact phone number
last name, first name, middle name
date of birth
city of residence
5. Personal data is not publicly available.
6. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to provide a response to requests, submitted through the forms on the website.
7. During the processing of personal data, the following actions shall be performed: collection; record; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); extraction; usage; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
8. Personal data is processed until the response to a request.
9. Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of the personal data or his representative, through a written statement, sent to Limited Liability Company «A-City» or its representative, at the address indicated at the beginning of the present Agreement.
10. In case of a withdrawal of personal data by the subject or his representative, Limited Liability Company «A-City» is entitled to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of the personal data, if there are grounds for it, as specified in clauses 2-11, part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of the Federal Law №152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated from 27.07.2006.
11. The present agreement is valid during the entire time until the termination of the processing of personal data, as specified in clauses 8 and 9 of the present Agreement.
